This site is to provide all members of Sidington Village Allotments with a one stop site of relevant information and resorces. It is hoped the site will also be useful to others wishing to learn more about Siddington Village Allotments or are interested in growing their own fruit and vegetables.

Ingredients
20 flower heads (you can add more, I always do)
2¾ ozs Citric acid (from most chemists not Boots)
2-3 lemons
2 pints boiling water
large mixing bowl
Dissolve sugar in the boiling water, add citric acid and grated zest of lemons and stir;
slice lemons and add to mixture then add flower heads and push down into liquid;
cover and leave overnight
Next day, strain into bottles that have been sterilised with boiling water.
