This site is to provide all members of Sidington Village Allotments with a one stop site of relevant information and resorces. It is hoped the site will also be useful to others wishing to learn more about Siddington Village Allotments or are interested in growing their own fruit and vegetables.

Courgette Slice
(or Bacon and Egg Pie!)

Ingredients
375g courgettes
1 large onion
4 rashers bacon chopped up
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup self-raising flour
Half a cup of oil
5 lightly beaten eggs
Salt and pepper
1. Get the food processor on to the grating setting and grate up the courgettes, onion and cheese into the food processor.
2. Mix these really well with all of the other ingredients, including the sifted flour, into a large bowl.
3. Pour into a greased lamington tin or lasagne dish (base measures 16 x 26cm).
4. Bake at 180°c; for 40 minutes until browned on the top.
Serves 4-6
